About Tadeusz


Welcome to My Website – a place where I use my medical knowledge to help you achieve dynamic health and wellness.


After graduating from high school I decided to study Medicine at Jagiellonian University Medical College in Krakow, Poland. My passion was to become a physician, one who always puts his fellowman’s medical and psychological needs above his own, one who shows empathy and compassion during a time of the greatest need and one who frequently forgets about his own health because of devotion to his/her patients and lack of time.


It is my mission and passion as a licensed physician to cultivate a burning desire to healthy eating in order to augment metabolism, reduce inflammation and increase immunity.

There are many beautiful and bighearted people on this planet Earth who are unhappy because of being overweight due to overeating, hypothyroidism, lack of physical activity, depression and/or anxiety. It does not have to be this way.

There is hope for all of us only if we learn to listen to those who are educated and want to help us. By listening, I mean writing our mini goals down on a piece of paper and delightfully carry them out. There is something magical about writing our goals down. Somehow we become more decisive, mindful, resourceful, productive and successful.

It makes me feel more energized, valuable, happy, uplifting and delightful to make a positive change in people’s lives.


The goal of my website is to provide information how to achieve gradual weight loss, maintain the weight loss, stay in excellent physical and mental condition, feel more energized, less depressed and less anxious through augmented metabolism, reduced inflammation and increased immunity and it all starts with writing our mini goals down on a piece of paper.
